I teach a variety of public classes each week, all accessible via Zoom or in person. Class packages are available via Venmo. Simply Venmo @MaryAnne-Murphy-12328 and note the class you are taking, then join the meeting at class time. I’m also happy to travel to you to teach a public or private class. Chair Yoga

Hatha Yoga

5:30-6:15pm EST

This class begins with breathwork and centering and works to move the spine in all 6 directions. You’ll also incorporate variations of standing poses with the chair. Ideal for anyone who sits at a desk and appropriate for all levels.

This Mixed Level Class varies each week offering Gentle Yoga, Special Focus on Hips and Yoga for Lower Back.

THURSDAY

This fitness class incorporates Pilates-inspired core work and light weights to build strength, to allow you to continue to do the things you love to do.

FRIDAY

Yoga Challenge

9:30-10:30am EST

A vigorous class beginning with floor prep, sun salutations, progressing to a peak pose. You’ll add on week by week, exploring different variations of pivotal poses. For students with some yoga experience.

Group Exercise for Seniors

11:00-11:45am EST

Using music, you’ll prep with standing stretches, slowly moving into 20 minutes of cardio and work with light weights. Cool down with seated stretches and end with seated meditation.

SATURDAY

Yoga Sculpt

"You don't have to be extreme, just consistent." 

This fitness class incorporates Pilates-inspired core work and light weights to build strength, to allow you to continue to do the things you love to do.

This energizing yoga class moves through sun salutations, incorporating light weights into standing poses to build strength. You’ll focus on oblique, core, and hip strengthening and finish with Pilates-inspired mat work. Open to all levels.

Pricing

A drop-in class is $10 and a 10-class pack is $75. Payment can be made by check or Venmo (@MaryAnne-Murphy-12328). If you’d like to pay by check, please send me an email and I will provide my address.
